Miscellaneous
Some photos of various other miscellaneous projects not worth their own pages.

A generator I built from a scooter motor and an old exercise bike. Can charge several USB devices at a comfortable pedaling rate.

My most ambitious brewery project, sadly never realized. This Raspberry Pi would collect readings from several product lines to calculate the level of beer in a tank. I purchased a number of sensors on eBay and began construction, getting as far as taking some readings through this unit, before leaving to work at Dartmouth.

Oompa-Loompa version of an old coworker. Modeled entirely by me in Blender, then printed and painted. Mounted on a tap handle as a joke. It’s fun to do a more artistic project from time to time.

An Arduino-powered clock that plays a different tune depending on the hour, complete with RTC for timekeeping accuracy. Meant for use on a ship.

Cool banana bread I made. I do a lot of baking and cooking.

My first foray into engineering. One of several parts I 3D printed at the brewery to make my life easier. Lids would block the drain on this pan, causing it to overflow and make a mess. This was the solution.

A big drain filter for the brewery, meant to prevent grain husks from fouling our wastewater system
